General Terms and Conditions of Chevrons Direct

Payment may be made by most major debit / credit cards via the online payment portal.

Delivery is by a signed for service.

All goods remain the property of Chevrons Direct until payment is made in full.

We reserve the right to refuse to supply goods.

We reserve the right to change any advertised price before you place an order. 

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled for any reason you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.

Payments by PayPal take place before the despatch of your order. We will take all reasonable care, so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure. PayPal DO NOT share your payment details with us but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.

We request your name and address to enable us to provide you with an efficient after-sales service but we WILL NOT pass your name and address to ANY third parties.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can, under the terms of the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, return it within 7 days of the date of delivery for a full refund (excluding any postage paid). This 7 day period commences the day after you take delivery of the goods. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring the goods safe return, and the costs of this will be met by the purchaser. We strongly recommend you use a tracked delivery method to return products to us. Please email us beforehand to request a returns number. 

Goods are not sold on a trial basis.

Claims for damage, non-functionality and mis-shipping must be made within seven days of receipt - please email us - sales@chevronsdirect.co.uk

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your consumer statutory rights.
